Get Brooklyn Strong at Brooklyn's Gym in this Signature Harbor Fitness Workout Experience!

This nitty, gritty, down and dirty workout offered at all 4 Brooklyn locations is done in small groups of 6-8 people. Participants jump, lift, sweat and pump through 4 stages of this workout that incorporates functional training, body weight training, circuits and the latest training props and drills including: battling ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, boxes,sandbags, trx and more!

One stage of the workout B-FIT participants will repeat each week-a series of functional and strength training drills where results will be recorded on the mirrors and each person will be scored so when they come back the next time, they will be pushed to beat the previous weeks' results!

In B-FIT, participants will set goals and reach for them-getting strong, faster, leaner and Brooklyn Strong!

The group meets once per week for 6 weeks. They will be run at all of the clubs at different times, and the cost is $180. All who complete the B-FIT will receive a signature t-shirt indicating they are Brooklyn Strong!
