Group Classes at Harbor Fitness
All Group Fitness classes are included with your membership at five of our clubs. The Bay Ridge locations on 92nd Street & 72nd Street as well as our Park Slope, Mill Basin, and Midwood locations.

Some of our signature classes include: Fight Club! Hard Core Pilates, Athletic Yoga, HIIT Cycle, Barre Body, Balanced Yoga, plus POUND®, Piloxing®, Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED®, Candlelight Yoga and of course many Zumba classes to choose from. Find your Grit in our latest workout experience TRUGRIT and push through dynamic strength training circuits of wall balls, sled, tire slams, trx, landmine, battle ropes and much more!
